Yo has its ear to the street, let me tell you. Yesterday we gave you the heads-up about 565 Quincy, which will see eleven stories of new construction heaped atop an existing seven-story building. Today, we can dish on Kedzie Square, a 28-unit new construction planned between Logan Square and Humboldt Park.

The development, at 2065 N Kedzie Ave, will have simplex and duplex condos with one to three bedrooms. According to listing agents Koenig & Strey, units will have high ceilings, open floor plans, city views, hardwood floors, stainless steel appliances, granite countertops and an optional fireplace.

They’re also calling the building “eco-friendly.” Judging by the somewhat spooky rendering, it looks like the place will also be friendly toward the occasional poltergeist. Prices start in the $280s and include parking.
