Sorry to disappoint, but this post has nothing to do with current events at the TSA.

A conversation with Joe Askins yesterday on the subject of architects brought to mind the wonderful tale of Bill Hicks’ appearance as The Caped Crusader at a state licensing exam in the early 70s.

Hicks might have pointed out that an earlier architect was known by his cape.
