Last night CMK Companies held a holiday party for 235 Van Buren homeowners at the Metropolitan Club, in the nearby Willis Tower. I met a young professional who works in the Loop, and asked him about his buying experience.
From his unit, he gets a view of the Loop skyline, which was something of a priority for him as he started his home search. “I wanted to know that I live in Chicago,” he says.
