Remember Azure Tower? Yeah, me neither. By the time I got to Yo, the tower proposed for 1330 S Michigan Ave had already passed into “indefinite hiatus,” a little beyond the “dustbunny” realm but still alive in the hopes and dreams of someone out there.
No one’s in any hurry to take that billboard down, though. Maybe it’ll stay up forever, like words of warning and woe to future generations of developers.
