The layout of 3052 N Oakley Ave is somewhat atypical: the three-story building has two duplexes and one triplex on the top floor.
“The developer wanted to do something different from a typical three-flat, and it seems to be getting a good response,” says @properties agent Valeria Gubenko, who is marketing the project.
All of the condos are available, and prices range from the $390s to the $520s, according to Gubenko. The triplex is about 2,000 square feet and has three bedrooms and 2.5 baths.
The first-floor duplex down (1,800 square feet) has three bedrooms and 2.5 baths. All of the bedrooms are on the first level while the dining and living rooms are on the second level.
In contrast, the duplex on the second floor is smaller (1,300 square feet) and has two bedrooms and two baths. The unit has a living / dining room on the first level and the kitchen and bedrooms on the second level.
Features include cherry kitchen cabinets, 14-foot ceiling heights in the penthouse and hardwood floors.
Garage parking is included, Gubenko says, and deliveries are immediate or within 45 days.
