Architects who renovate protected buildings have to work with what they’re given. In DeStefano & Partners‘ case, that meant fitting the modern conveniences of new condos inside the century-old Montgomery Ward building at 6 N Michigan Ave without cutting out large floor-to-ceiling windows or hanging balconies off of every unit. @properties agent George Schultz talks about the renovation process and some of the improvements made to the building as we tour this one-bedroom model on Six North Michigan‘s 10th floor.
