In this second video from Joe’s most recent visit to 565 Quincy, Joe enters a two-bedroom / two bath new-construction condo on the building’s eighth floor.
Compared to the concrete lofts, which Joe and I visited during Belgravia Group‘s “Wisdom of Q” open house event in the spring, “you feel much more like you’re in sort of a classic condominium,” Joe says in the video, with the nearly floor-to-ceiling windows and large balconies. Fast-forward to the 3:20 mark to see Joe make his way up to an 18th-floor balcony to take in the view to the west.
