Last month I talked to Realtor Michelle Browne of Rubloff about several of her new-construction and conversion properties, but in a lot of cases, I didn’t have many interior photos to accompany the posts that emerged from our chat. I remedied that today by meeting up with one of Browne’s fellow agents, Steve Breinling, at three of those properties: the Boundary Condominiums in West Ridge, Farwell at the Lake in Rogers Park, and 2570 – 2580 West Lyndale in Logan Square.
Breinling was in the middle of a showing when I arrived at Boundary, located at 2528 – 2542 W Fitch Ave — yes, some people are eager enough to look a home that they’ll walk and drive through weather like today’s — so I passed my time alone inside the building getting snapshots of its two open models. (We did run some interior shots for Boundary Condominiums last time around, but they were smaller images, courtesy of Rubloff’s Web site.)
The first two rows of photos below are from a one-bedroom / one-bath unit. One-bedrooms are priced from the $150s to the $160s, Breinling says.
The rest come from one a two-bedroom / two-bath next door. Boundary’s two-bedrooms sell from the $190s to the $210s.
The development also has a few three-bedrooms priced up into the $230s.
Keep an eye out later this week for a video tour of these units, as well as more photos and video from the other two developments.
