The home, one of several two-bedroom units left in the building, is priced in the $420s, says @properties agent George Schultz.
Condos with this floor plan have floor-to-ceiling windows and balconies along their eastern walls, and partial-height exposures facing north. Mesirow Financial Real Estate is building out all of R+D659’s remaining homes with a mix of standard and upgraded packages, Schultz says, resulting in some slight differences in kitchen and bath finishes from unit to unit.
