We thought K. Radic Enterprises’ new condo development at 4004 N St Louis Ave in Irving Park had a unique architectural feature on the corner of the building until we realized the balconies just haven’t been installed yet. The building, located at the corner of Irving Park Rd and St Louis Ave, gives the major road the cold shoulder, choosing instead to front sleepy St Louis. The development has six simplex and duplex condos with two or three bedrooms and 1,300 to 2,600 square feet. Top-floor units also have 1,300 square feet of rooftop space.
