The 19,000 square foot Gold Coast home at 1547 N Dearborn Pkwy has one of the most beautifully landscaped side yards on Chicago’s north side. Crain’s Dennis Rodkin is reporting is reporting that the home, which has been on the market for some time (not unusual in this price range), will be offered for sale without its large north yard. If a purchaser opts to buy the home without the yard, it will be offered for sale separately.
I’d bet that the eventual purchaser will opt to acquire the entire parcel.
