A number of big ol’ condo developments are having big ol’ openings this weekend. The sales center (pictured) and one-bedroom model for Lexington Park Condominiums will have its grand opening from 11 a.m. until 5 p.m. this Sunday, July 16th. The sales center is on-site at 2138 S Indiana Ave. We’ve talked up the 300-unit development before, and, if things progress as scheduled, developers Chieftan Group will begin construction this fall.
The Park Monroe, the 50-story steel behemoth at 55 E Monroe St, will also open its sales center and models for one-, two- and three-bedroom units. The models were designed by Eleni Interiors, and the sales center is located on the building’s 41st floor, where developers can show off one of Monroe’s greatest assets: the views. Their opening runs from 9 a.m. until 4 p.m. on Sunday.
Parkside of Old Town, which will have new-construction townhomes and about 224 condos priced from the $200s, opens this weekend from 10 a.m. until 5 p.m. on Saturday and 12 p.m. until 5 p.m. on Sunday at 465 W Division St. We’ll be bringing you more information on this development soon.
