After their tour of Woodlawn‘s residential streets, the Woodlawn Wonder took Joe Zekas to Jackson Park to check on the tomatoes, peppers, corn, and collard greens she’s growing in a community and school garden near the park’s golf course. With wide vistas of sprawling fairways and lines of shade trees, it’s the kind of place “you could set in any lush suburb anywhere,” Joe says.
