No surprise here — Crain’s reported a while back that RDM Development was pursuing a rental option for the Trio tower at 670 W Wayman St. I caught these new banners out of the corner of my eye during my walk from the Grand Blue Line stop to the Yo office this morning.
Note that the condos are still available for purchase. In October, the tower’s 808 to 1,543 square-foot two-bedrooms were priced from the $250s to $690s, and its 2,155 to 2,556 square-foot three-bedrooms were priced from the $910s to $1.15 million. About 25 of its 100 units were under contract at that time.
Jameson Real Estate‘s Web site doesn’t offer any information about rental rates, and no listings for the tower surface on the MLS or Craigslist. I’ll see what I can learn from the sales team next week.
