John Hall Homes waives lot fees for three wooded sites at Tall Oaks in Elgin

In a move to stimulate sales at its Tall Oaks community in Elgin, John Hall Homes will waive the lot fees for three custom-built single-family homes.

The three wooded homesites were once available for as much as $185,000 apiece. Buyers can reserve each lot for just $10,000 and either begin their design process or pick from one of John Hall’s vast selection of pre-designed homes.

Among the builder’s designs is the 3,150 square-foot home shown here, featuring 3.5 full-tile baths, a three-car side-load garage, custom cabinetry, granite countertops, and hardwood floors, for $415,790. Other designs include a 2,800 square-foot, two-story home priced from $379,000, to a decked-out 3,600 square-foot home priced from $469,000.
