K2 Apartments enhances the city’s best dog run

K2, the luxury apartment tower at 365 N Halsted, has only been open a year but has already initiated and completed a number of improvements.

From the day it opened K2’s dog run has been a major social venue for pet-owning and pet-loving residents of the building. K2 recently expanded the seating area at the east end of the dog run and completely re-sodded the balance of the space. K2 K9’s can romp through the largest dog park in the city.

K2, in the Fulton River District, currently has a selection of new studios available from $1,810, 1-bedrooms from $1,905 and 2-bedroom, 2-baths from $3,480.
