K2 Apartments has a walk-to-Google location

Google will be relocating its Chicago offices to 1K Fulton, a location Google Maps pegs as an 8-minute walk from K2, the new luxury apartment tower in the Fulton River District.

If you were to make that walk today, along the way you’d pass the MID night club, a seasonal farmers market, a popular fresh fish market, Glazed & Infused, The Publican, Moto and more, and you would have been steps away from the hot spots on Randolph Street’s thriving restaurant row.

If you live at K2 and commute to the western suburbs, you might very well be taking that walk today, to the new CTA stop at Morgan.

K2’s studio to 3-bedroom apartments have condo-quality finishes, wood-look floors and in-unit washer / dryers. In addition to a stellar location, K2 has a full suite of amenities that includes a pool deck with skyline views, a fitness center, a basketball court / yoga studio, a resident lounge and party rooms, a business center, a theater and the city’s largest dog run.
