K2 Apartments has a walk-to-work location

The new K2 Apartments, 365 N Halsted St in Chicago’s Fulton River District, has a keystone location that affords walk-to access to the city’s hottest neighborhoods and office buildings.

The West Loop, Fulton River District, River North and River West are seeing explosive development surges, with a raft of new restaurants, retail, office, nightlife and residential projects.

The latest major announcement is that Potbelly is moving its headquarters to 111 N Canal, the building at the arrow in the above view from a K2 balcony. The 111 building is less than a 15-minute walk from K2.
