The pool at K2 Apartments opened yesterday, and it didn’t take long before residents began flooding out of the building and onto the deck.
Until yesterday residents could only look down on the pool’s whimsical David Hockney-esque painting or gaze at it from the resident lounges and fitness center that open onto the pool deck.
The deck has skyline views, a 70-foot lap pool with four full-sized swimming lanes, a gas fire pit, pool cabanas and stainless-steel grills. The grills were in active use yesterday.
K2, in the Fulton River District, currently has a selection of new studios available from $1,860, 1-bedrooms from $2,010 and 2-bedroom, 2-baths from $3,430.
