The six-unit condo development at 3813 N Kedzie Ave will be off market for 30 days, according to Brian Ploszay, a sales agent with Jameson Realty Group, which is marketing the project. Sales on the elevator building’s three-bedroom, 2.5-bath units are expected to resume in about a month, Ploszay says.
