One of the recurring themes from the interviews with Aqua buyers Joe Zekas conducted last week was that several of the buyers had lived in Magellan Development‘s Lakeshore East mega-development before, and therefore were willing to take the plunge with Aqua based on what they had seen at other neighboring high-rises.

In this video, a couple from Joliet explain that they lived in the New East Side for two years previously, which got them hooked on the area.
