The apartments
Landmark has a mix of studio to 3-bedroom apartments. The apartments have 9-foot ceilings, floor-to-ceiling windows, plank flooring, solid-core wood interior doors, in-unit laundry and resident-controlled Nest thermostats.
Kitchens have storm gray-colored cabinetry, quartz countertops, white subway tile backsplashes, open shelving, Bosch appliances, and mobile stainless steel islands in select plans.
Baths have quartz countertops, custom-designed vanities and walk-in showers with frameless glass surrounds.

Landmark West Loop is a full-amenity building.
Residents of Landmark West Loop have access to more than 12,000 square feet of amenity space, including a landscaped sun deck with pool, spa, private cabanas, lounge areas with fire pits, outdoor kitchens with grills and an 850-square-foot dog run.
Indoor amenities include a game area, and a demonstration kitchen with adjacent entertaining area for private events and cooking classes.
Landmark has a fitness center and yoga studio, and a “Living Library: with lounge seating, a fireplace and communal workspaces.
Landmark is pet-friendly and has a private outdoor dog run. The building has on-site management, maintenance and leasing staff, and 24/7 door staff.
Location
Landmark is at the southern edge of the West Loop, near the campus of the University of Illinois at Chicago (UIC).
Shopping. Landmark is steps from a recently-built Target. Mariano’s and Whole Foods are nearby on Halsted St.
Dining. Compared to its competitors, Landmark has relatively inconvenient access to the hot West Loop dining and nightlife scene.
Greek Islands, the popular Meli Café and other Greektown venues are a few blocks east of Landmark.
Parks, recreation. Landmark has relatively poor access to parks and recreational opportunities.
Mary Bartelme Park, a few blocks away, hosts a seasonal farmers market.
Transportation. Landmark fronts the northern edge of I-290 and has good access to the city’s expressway grid.
The #126 CTA bus runs westbound on Van Buren to the Illinois Medical District and points west, and eastbound on Jackson to the Loop and Michigan Avenue. The #8 CTA bus along Halsted St travels south to the UIC campus, and north to the Fulton River District, River West, Lincoln Park and Lakeview.
The UIC-Halsted and Racine stops on the CTA’s Blue Line provide access to the Medical Center, to points west, to the Loop, to O’Hare Airport and connections to other CTA train lines.
