Mesa is on track to closing and delivering the first of The Legacy’s 356 condos in September, says sales director Adrienne Hulse. The Solomon Cordwell Buenz-designed building, located at 60 E Monroe St, is about 87 percent sold at this point, and its remaining units are a mix of one- to four-bedroom units priced from the $480s to more than $4 million, she says.
Now that Trump is up, the 72-story, 819-foot Legacy is the second-tallest high-rise under construction in the city. The 82-story Aqua, under construction at 225 N Columbus Dr, will be three feet talller.

I love this building, great, thin, vertical design. I really dig the historic preservation aspect of the Legacy as well. The glass is fantastic, super reflective. The building seems to mimic the color of the sky nicely.
