The city is considering a measure that would permit real estate agents to pay $300 for a permit that would give them the right to park in neighborhoods with residents-only parking, according to a Trib story. Heck, and why not? And while we’re at it, let’s give them subsidized childcare and perhaps even a stipend for housing the middle and upper classes in times of need – you know, a sort of Section 8 penthouse in some depressed neighborhood like Millennium Park?
