The covering is brown velvet, and fold-out floor plans and a hardbound book touting the development are inside. It opens and closes with a satisfying magnetic snap. We’re tempted to give it to someone for Christmas.
The sales center for Lincoln Park 2520 is located on the 11th floor of the old Columbus Hospital at 2520 N Lakeview Ave, shortly to be torn down to make way for the new Lucien Lagrange-designed high-rise. Prices range from the $500s to $13 million, and the roughly 320 units are nearly 40 percent sold, according to John Murphy, principal in Ricker Murphy Development, LLC, the company behind the project.
