Lincoln Park and Lakeview apartment deals and finds, 3/11/15

Webster Square Apartments opened just shy of a year ago and rented up quickly. As leases expire, apartments are becoming available. A 1-bedroom rents at $2,778 and a 3-bedroom, 3-bath at $8,000. Four 2-bedroom, 2-baths are available from $3,325 to $3,839.

Newly-renovated one-bedrooms are available at Reside Living’s Irving Courts, starting at $1,295 a month. Irving Courts has a brand new fitness room opening this spring.

If you want to join the hot trend to micro-living or just have a convenient in-town, Reside at 2525, a 2-story vintage building with Starbucks on the ground level, has a renovated studio available at a rare price point for Lincoln Park: $811 a month, including all utilities except for electric and cable. The apartment has a dishwasher, a microwave and attractive Reside finishes.

Reside on Pine Grove has a renovated one-bedroom available at $1,440 a month. It has a separate dining area and excellent closet space. The $400 move-in fee will be credited back to a new renter at move-in time.

Eugenie Terrace also has a “look and lease” deal that waives its $400 lease administration fee for new residents who apply within 24 hours of their first visit.

Halsted Flats opened a year ago as the first new full-amenity rental tower built in Lakeview in decades.

Studio and one-bedroom apartments that were snapped up quickly when the building opened are becoming available for occupancy as leases expire. The balconies overlooking Halsted Street serve up a prime view of the Pride Parade.
