In June of last year we reported on the volume of litigation pending against SMH Development and Seth Harris. We suggested that Harris had had a “bad spring.”

Harris is headed for a worse spring next year.

The Mortgage Fraud blog reports that Harris has been ordered to surrender next February to begin serving a 60-month federal prison sentence for defrauding the State Bank of Countryside.
