We don’t usually like to peep more than once a day, but when we saw this ultra-contemporary single-family home in Lincoln Park, our voyeuristic urges got the better of us, and we just had to look inside. The home, designed by architect Perry Jenke to display the owner’s art collection, is all glass and steel with 12 rooms, a 42-foot-high center atrium and an outdoor terrace off the third floor. The home is located at 2474 N Lakeview Ave, a stone’s throw from the new Lincoln Park 2520 development. Rubloff has the 6,700-square-foot art house listed for a cool $6.95 million.
