A look at Lincoln Park market time, median price stats

Following our discussion with Rubloff Residential Properties broker associate Doug Fox about the highs and lows of Lincoln Park, we asked another agent to compile some recent stats on the area.

Karen Stierwalt, an agent with Coldwell Banker, sent us these stats from the Multiple Listing Service. She divided the stats into condos (one- to three-bedrooms), single-family homes and two-four flats. We’ll post a year-to-year comparison with some analysis from Stierwalt on Monday.

  • Median price: one-bedrooms ($245,000); two-bedrooms ($407,900); three+-bedrooms ($629,900); single-family homes ($1.29M); two-four flats ($800,000).
  • Market time (days): one-bedrooms (79.5); two-bedrooms (118); three+-bedrooms (100); single-family homes (185); two-four flats (188).
  • Number sold: one-bedrooms (206); two-bedrooms (315); three+-bedrooms (207); single-family homes (90); two-four flats (21).
