Lincoln Park rental deals, Americana Towers and Eugenie Terrace

Eugenie Terrace, 1730 N Clark St, is offering $1,000 discounts on the first month’s rent on select studio and one-bedroom apartments. To qualify, however, you’ll have to start your lease no later than tomorrow. Start by February 14th and take $500 off your first month’s rent.

Three high-floor, west-facing one-bedrooms are available now, priced from $1,860 to $1,865 a month, before the discount.

The 44-story Eugenie Terrace, completed in 1987, is the newest of Lincoln Park’s high-rise apartment buildings, and one of the very few that haven’t converted to condominium ownership. It’s a full-amenity, high-service building in a great location.

If you don’t need a place until March 1st and are willing to trade down a bit on location and amenities, a west-facing one-bedroom is available for rent at Americana Towers, 1636 N Wells St, for $1,350 a month. The 34-story, 420-unit high-rise was built as a rental in 1971 and converted to condos in 1977.

Eugenie Terrace allows cats, while Americana Towers is a no-pet building.
