The Merriam-Webster and other dictionaries aren’t familiar with the word “amenitized,” but it’s apparently become a staple in real estate circles. A Google search quickly returns 218,000 results.
Run the search and discover how to live the “life fully amenitized,” find a hyper-amenitized kitchen, and learn about developers in the “gated amenitized business.”
Real estate agents commonly misspell amenities as amentities, and Google returns 792,000 instances, but could find only 46 instances of amentitized.
