If you haven’t been on the 2600 and 2700 blocks of Lakewood in Lincoln Park recently you’re in for some surprises. The 2600 block is nearly all built out and the 2700 block is beginning to fill in with large, multi-million dollar homes, some of them built to suit and some built on spec.

Several homes have been completed, and one under construction is pictured above. A custom single-family at 2728 N Lakewood on a 29 x 125 lot is currently offered at $2,000,000.
