When you’re trying to come up with a name for your development that will resonate with buyers, it’s a good idea to pick something that highlights the building’s best feature. What to do when your building contains a bunch of nice lofts and a pretty cool atrium? Oh, the dilemma. How about Loftrium?

That was apparently the solution for the developer of one South Loop mid-rise, constructed several years ago. It reminds us of the sometimes unfortunate names that parents contrive for their kids when they can’t choose between two perfectly good names.
