New Chicago Real Estate‘s Logan 38, located at 3848 W Wrightwood Ave in Logan Square, is turning out to be quite an attractive addition to the West Wrightwood streetscape. Unlike the rendering would have you believe, though, these four three-story condo buildings are largely obscured by trees. They’re also set back pretty far from the street, and the fence shown in the rendering hasn’t gone up yet. There are 12 two- and three-bedroom condos at Logan 38, and prices range from the $260s to the $340s.
