Logan Square has seen several new developments recently, like the 28-unit project at 3225 W Fullerton Ave and the 24-unit ArmitEDGE. We recently came across Logan Square Condominiums, a 20-unit project at 2524 N Willetts Court that appears to have some lofty features like floor-to-ceiling windows. The Web site for the project has a handy satellite map (pdf) that showcases its proximity to some great neighborhood haunts like Lula Cafe.
The one- to three-bedroom condos range from the $200s to the $390s. You might consider the granite counters, 42-inch cabinets and stainless steel appliances a yawn. We don’t, and not just because some of us are recent refugees from apartments with filthy, chipped formica and carpet soaked with cat urine (really).
A couple of other nice perks: in-unit washers and dryers are included in the price, and heated indoor parking is $15,000 to $18,000 – a bargain compared to the $25,000 and up we’ve often seen at other developments.
