The Huron is always a hot topic around these parts. Some readers love those brownstones near the corner of State and Huron streets; others would just love to see them go.

So what are those condos going to look like, anyway? We’ve shown you the tower’s rendering and our tour video already, but those of you with vivid imaginations might want to take a look at these floor plans and see if you can picture yourselves walking through one of The Huron’s larger units.

Three of these 5,627-square-foot, four-bed / 4.5-bath penthouses will constitute the building’s 24th, 25th and 26th floors. The Huron’s 47 condominiums are priced from $1 million to $5 million, and construction will commence once sales reach the 60-percent mark.
