The last time Mark and I visited 565 Quincy, 565 W Quincy St, we could only get into the building’s lower loft levels. Since that time, Belgravia Group has started to close on some of its new-construction condominiums, which make up the 18-story tower’s top 11 floors.
Yesterday afternoon I stopped by 565 Quincy to get a look inside the building’s lone new-construction condo model and at the eighth-floor outdoor terrace. Before I left, I went up to the 18th floor, which is studded out but lacking drywall, and shot this panorama from a southwest-corner unit.
