Speaking of the Loop‘s Printers Corner, where developer Winthrop Properties is offering buyers a “blind incentive”— we thought we’d take a look at the construction progress on the 16-story, FitzGerald Associates-designed building. When we stopped by last September (right), the building was just getting off the ground, but now workers have finished construction of the base and started work on the tower. The development, located at 171 W Polk St, has 88 one- to three-bedroom condos and 7,000 square feet of commercial space. Prices start in the $270s, and the sales center is located in Dearborn Station at 47 W Polk St.
