interesting they have electric stoves at hubbard place; i noticed this when I toured the unit. Being a native Chicagoan I was a bit surprised and a little hesitant because of this.
The other thing I was curious about was guest parking in the garage. I know parking for residents are $250 for unassigned. I am curious to know if there is a rate for guests of residents. I know what EBC club members pay for parking, it would be a huge Pro to have guest parking that is better than the going rate (other buildings in the area offer this), any idea?
