River North spans a large area and encompasses a number of distinct sub-neighborhoods. One of them is the relatively quiet pocket bounded by Orleans St, Chicago Ave, the Ohio St ramp from I-94 and the Chicago River.
The area is home to multi-million dollar mansions, upscale lofts, condominium high-rises bordering Ward Park, popular restaurants and a single rental high-rise: Parc Huron.
Parc Huron currently has a selection of 1-bedroom apartments available for immediate, early June and dates through mid-August. All of the apartments have upscale finishes and private balconies. One has a private terrace and another is at the penthouse level. Several apartments have the dramatic east view pictured above.
Rents for available 1-bedrooms start at $2,132 a month. A single 2-bedroom, 2-bath is available for immediate occupancy at $3,628 a month.
Parc Huron is pet-friendly, has a full suite of amenities, 24/7 door staff, and on-site management and leasing staff. Floor plans for Parc Huron’s one- to three-bedroom apartments are available online.
The Parc Huron offices are open daily, from 9 until 6 on Monday, Thursday and Friday, 9 to 7 on Tuesday and Wednesday, 11 to 5 on Saturday and noon to 5 on Sunday. Walk-ins are welcome, and no appointment is necessary, but it’s a good idea to call ahead to check rents on available apartments.
