The luxury apartment tower formerly known as Streeter Place has officially become Atwater.
The name change coincides with the start of a program to upgrade the lobby, apartments and amenities at a community that’s barely six years old.
The new name calls attention to Atwater’s location: close to the Ogden Slip, the Chicago River, Centennial Fountain and, of course, Navy Pier and Lake Michigan.
Some things at Atwater won’t change: the high level of service, strong sense of community, great views, spacious, highly functional floor plans, and the steps-to-everything Streeterville location.
Atwater’s new website gives you the ability to check near real-time rents for available units.
