LV Lofts in Chicago's Lake View neighborhood to release second phase

LV Lofts will release a second phase of five units tomorrow, according to Liz Muscare of Rooney Realty, the brokerage marketing the 24-unit development by New Haven Homes.

LV Lofts, which will occupy a single building at 3245 N Ashland, is being sold in phases to cover any sharp increases in construction costs, Muscare says. A seven-unit first phase, released last year, is sold out, she added.

Prices on one-bedroom one-bath units, each 770 square feet, range from $325,000 to $345,000. Two-bedroom two-bath units, which are 1,150 square feet, range from $400,000 to $440,000. Parking is available for an additional $27,500.The building is slated for occupancy in early 2008, Muscare says.
