Madison Aberdeen Place is a complex of four 4-story luxury apartment buildings at and near the intersection of Madison St and Aberdeen St in the West Loop.
Two of the buildings, 3 and 4 N Aberdeen, were completed in 2013 and have 18 and 9 units, respectively.
Two additional buildings at 20 and 22 N Aberdeen have 54 apartments and started occupancy in 2014.
Michigan Avenue Real Estate Group, the project’s developer, plans to build an additional 72 apartments two blocks west at 1237 – 1259 W Madison St.
The apartments
Madison Aberdeen Place has a mix of one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments.
Floor plans and availability information can be accessed online.
The apartments have bamboo flooring, 10-foot ceiling heights, crown moldings, large expanses of windows and private balconies. Fourth-floor units have private rooftop decks that share a common grill.
Kitchens have stylish cabinets, granite countertops, tile backsplashes and stainless steel appliance packages with gas ranges and built-in microwaves. All of the apartments have in-unit washer / dryers and individual heating and air-conditioning units.
Closet space in the units varies. One of the 1-bedroom plans lacks a hall closet. Some of the baths have dual-bowl vanities and some have stall showers. Bedrooms in the 2- and 3-bedroom units are side-by-side rather than split for privacy. Bedroom windows in several of the floor plans face into a light-well.
Views. Madison Aberdeen Place has limited views from the apartments.
Amenities, services, policies
