Marquette Row down to final 18 condos

Marquette Row, 675 - 693 N Peoria StSales are moving ahead steadily at Marquette Row, Stillpoint Development‘s 45-home condo development in River West. The first round of 18 homes sold out last year, and nine of the 18 from the project’s second phase are already off the market, says Michael Battista, vice president of sales for Jameson Realty Group.

The nine remaining second-phase condos at 675 – 693 N Peoria St have two bedrooms and one to two baths. All units have balconies, and top-floor homes come with rooftop areas with city views. Another nine two- and three-bedroom units from the project’s third and final phase are also for sale but will not be available until the end of this year, Battista says.

Prices on available residences run from the $340s to the $490s, and deliveries can be made within 30 to 60 days.

Branching out into the immediate neighborhood, it appears that a new-construction neighbor just half a block south is offering three-bedrooms for $60,000 less than Marquette Row’s priciest units. Condos at 844 W Erie St top out in the $430s, according to the New Homes Magazine Quick Guide.

Meanwhile, the 14-story Mondial, going up just around the corner in the 900 block of West Huron St, has one- to four-bedrooms priced from the $230s all the way up to $1 million.
