Junior’s Sports Lounge, which counts Bear legend Gale Sayers as a business partner, officially opens on Wednesday at 6 p.m. in the Maxwell Street/UIC neighborhood. At 724 W. Maxwell St. (773/276-7582), Junior’s claims it will feature upscale American comfort food and “high-tech sports entertainment” in a lounge atmosphere.
