If you’re reluctant to buy into one of those cinderblock buildings that have dominated the new-construction scene in recent years, then the all-masonry condos at Miller Place might be for you. The six-unit development at 1615 S Miller St, designed by Studio D Architecture, has four 1,150-square-foot two-bedroom two-bath simplexes and two 2,300-square-foot four-bedroom three-bath duplexes.
The units feature high-end finishes by Grohe, Hansgrohe, Pearl Maxx, Duravit and Franke. The kitchens have granite counters with four inch backsplashes and stainless steel appliances. Bathrooms are tricked out with marble and glass mosaic tiles.
Prices range from $339,000 to $449,000, and units will be ready for occupancy by August, according to Al Dosse, field supervisor for FM Properties, the developer. Currently, all of the units are available, Dosse says.
