I checked in with Koenig & Strey’s Greg Viti earlier today to ask whether he’d seen anything of interest happening in the Bucktown market.
“Homes priced at over a million have been selling again,” reported Greg, and he sent along the following list of single-families sold or closed in the past 90 days as documentation. List / sale prices are stated for properties that have been closed, and list prices only for properties currently under contract.
There are currently 30 single-family homes on the market in Bucktown in the $1-$2M range, with an average market time of 327 days; 8 homes in the $2-$3Mrange, on the market an average of 331 days; and 4 homes priced between $3 and $4M, on the market an average of 408 days.
