I checked in with Koenig & Strey’s Greg Viti earlier today to ask whether he’d seen anything of interest happening in the Bucktown market.

“Homes priced at over a million have been selling again,” reported Greg, and he sent along the following list of single-families sold or closed in the past 90 days as documentation. List / sale prices are stated for properties that have been closed, and list prices only for properties currently under contract.
