The future is uncertain for this development at the corner of Milwaukee and Bloomingdale avenues. The only listing I could find for the property is for the retail space, which also appears to be vacant.
According to Ivona Karbowski, the agent whose name you can barely make out on that sign, the building is still under construction and MCM Realty hasn’t decided whether the units will be condos or rental units. The developer is still installing drywall and flooring, and Karbowski estimates that construction will finish up in about three months.

I purchased my house from Ivona and her husband Krystof Karbowski , be very wary as they are lousy builders . My 7 year old million dollar home was built very poorly and will need a new roof , massive masonry repairs and numerous other significant repairs . Be very careful in dealing with these shoddy operators . I cannot believe the city allows such lousy developers as the Karbowski , MCM Realty group to stay in business .
