Parkside of Old Town (which we’ve mentioned twice over the past two days) has just opened a townhouse model near its sales center at 465 W Division Street.
Patrick and I took a quick stroll through the model on Monday with sales director Catherine Hughey. The 1,958-square-foot townhouse has three bedrooms, three baths and an attached two-car garage.
Parkside’s two- and three-bedroom townhouses start in the high $400s; nearby condominiums start in the high $200s.
First deliveries at Parkside of Old Town took place in October. More than 240 of the development’s 760 homes will be completed and ready for occupancy by mid-2008.
